Q: Why do I have to sign in? 

A: To save favorites or place an order, you need to create a quick Client Profile. I won't do a darned thing (ever) with your email - it's solely for the system to recognize you. 

Q: What payments do you accept? 

A: PayPal! It's secure, easy, and you can use any credit card (PayPal account is not required!). You can log in with an existing account or click 'Pay with Debit or Credit Card' to pay with any major card. 

Q: What is the shipping cost? What about sales tax? 

A: Shipping and sales tax are calculated in PayPal, so you will see the total near the end of the checkout process. Shipping is $4 to US addresses, $9.50 to Canada, $20 to Australia & New Zealand, and $18 everywhere else. 

8.25% Sales Tax is assessed on orders that ship to Texas addresses

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?

A: Prints typically ship in 1-3 business days, canvas ships in 3-5 business days, wood signs ship in 1-2 weeks. I send shipping and tracking information when your order is on the way. Domestic US shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, international orders can take up to 6 weeks (but hopefully much less!). Note that international recipients are responsible for all customs or duty fees

Q: Can I return my purchase?

A: As every order is custom made, not stock, I only accept returns of prints sized 11x14 or smaller. Larger prints, canvas and wood planked signs are final sale. I understand artwork is an investment, so if you'd like a proof card for color matching I'm happy to send one. 

Q: What if my order is damaged during shipping? 

A: I package all orders in sturdy, waterproof mailers, well-padded to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. That said...damage happens. Rarely, but still. If it does, send me a note and I'll fix it! 

Q: What paper do you use?

A: I'm ridiculously picky about my paper, so all prints are created on museum-quality, archival photo paper with a soft luster finish. Smaller sizes have an optional 1/4" white border to aid in framing. 

Q: Can I get it in black and white or sepia?

A: Yes! Galleries show all of my images in color, with a selection of black and white and sepia (warm brown) options. If you see something you'd like in a different color option, contact me and I'll be happy to add it to the gallery for you.

Q: Is it vertical or horizontal? 

A: I get this question a lot, surprisingly! Look at the image online. If it's wider than it is tall, it's horizontal/landscape. If it's taller than it is wide, it's vertical/portrait. 

Q: What color are your mats? 

A: I've recently added matted prints to my product line as the presentation is so gorgeous! My mats are 8-ply, heavyweight, and white. Your print is secured (and removable) using archival tabs, and packaged in a clear bag with backing board. Just open the package and pop right into a frame! 

Sizes: 5x7 prints are matted to 8x10. 8x10 prints are matted to 11x14, and 11x14 prints are matted to 16x20. 

Q: What is gallery-wrapped canvas? 

A: Canvas is a great choice if you don't want to deal with framing. Just open the box and hang! Artwork is printed on archival artist canvas and firmly wrapped and secured around a 1.25" deep solid base with neat, perfectly folded corners. The back is finished with black backing board and sawtooth hangers. Lastly, your canvas is sprayed with a satin acrylic coating for scratch and UV protection. Due to ridiculous international shipping costs, canvas is only shipped to addresses in the United States

Q: What are wood planked signs? 

A: Another ready-to-hang option, your selected artwork is printed directly onto primed & distressed solid wood or wood planks, then UV sealed for archival durability. Wood signs have soft tones and a gently distressed texture. Backs are rough-hewn and include pre-installed sawtooth hangers (planks) or hanging notches (solid). No framing required - just open and hang! Due to elevated international shipping costs, wood planks are only shipped to addresses in the United States

Q: Do you offer framing?

A: No, I do not. Simply because shipping framed artwork is more expensive than the framing itself; it's a much better value for my clients to have their art framed locally. I do license my work through Fine Art America, and they offer framing. If you would like a link to a particular image send me a note. 

Q: Can I order a smaller size | larger size | square vs. rectangle | vertical vs. horizontal?

A: Always. Contact me and we can work out the details.

Q: Can I give away your work on my blog/website/instagram? 

A: I'm always happy to discuss joint promotional ventures. Contact me to chat. 

Q: Do you offer wholesale pricing or licensing?

Q: Do you have a store I can visit? 

A: Yup, and you're on it! I only sell my work online - also, items aren't kept in stock, so if I had a store it would be empty except for a computer and some dust bunnies. I do have a small selection of matted prints that travel around DFW on the Bizzy Mobile Marketplace truck, so if you're in the area I can let you know where she will be.
