Shipping, Tax & Returns

Q: What is the shipping cost? What about sales tax? 

A: To keep things simple, I charge a flat shipping amount. $4 to US addresses, $9.50 to Canada, $20 to Australia and New Zealand, and $18 everywhere else. Note that canvas wraps typically only ship to US and CA addresses.

8.25% Sales Tax is assessed on orders that ship to Texas addresses.

Q: How quickly will I receive my order?

A: Prints ship in 1-3 business days via USPS, canvas ships in 3-5 business days via UPS, wood signs ship in 1-2 weeks via FedEx or USPS. I send shipping and tracking information when your order is on the way. Note that – thanks to customs – international orders can take up to 6 weeks (but hopefully much less!) to be delivered.

Q: What if my order is damaged during shipping? 

A: I package all orders in sturdy, waterproof mailers, well-padded to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. That said…damage happens. Rarely, but still. If it does, send me a note and I’ll send a replacement!

Q: What if it goes missing? 

A: No worries; we’ll try to track it and – if that fails – I’ll replace it.

Q: I’m an international customer, will I be charged import tax/duty fees?

A: Probably, but it depends on your country. Duty fees are assessed by your country and collected at the time of delivery. Note that I am prohibited by law to assess, collect or remit them, as they’re between you and your postal carrier.

Q: Can I return my purchase?

A: As every order is custom made, not stock, I only accept returns of prints sized 11×14 or smaller. Larger prints, canvas and wood planked signs are final sale. I understand artwork is an investment, so if you’d like a proof card for color matching I’m happy to send one.
