Small sizes are shipped flat, 16x20s are shipped rolled in a sturdy tube for safe delivery, and larger sizes are pre-mounted for stability. Framing required. Shipping Cost: 

• Domestic (US) shipping is free! 
• Shipping to Canada is $20, everywhere else is $25 (please see section below to see what I can ship). If the actual shipping amount is less I will refund the difference. 

Shipping Times: 

• Prints & Matted Prints ship in 1-2 business days.
• Canvas Wraps ship in about 3 business days. 
• Plaques & Wood Signs ship in 4-5 business days 

International Shipping: 

• Due to increases in international package shipping costs, the largest size/item I ship internationally are 11x14" prints. If you would like a shipping estimate for a larger product, send me a note. 
• Speaking of international shipping: Your country may charge you duty or VAT taxes, which are import taxes between you and your postal system. They have nada to do with me and I can't charge, assess, or remit them. 

Returns & Exchanges:

• I go to great pains to ensure damage-free delivery, but occasionally USPS decides to take out its' anger on your package. Should that happen, let me know right away so I can replace your order. 
• I do accept returns, but please note that ALL orders are custom made at the time of your order to your specifications. I don't have or keep anything in stock. If you'd like assistance in choosing a size, medium, color, etc. please ask and I'm very happy to help! 

When choosing your artwork size, my advice is to always make your selection based on the amount of space you need to fill. My room displays offer suggestions, but everyone's space is different!

Just as you wouldn't choose a paint color without trying some samples, you shouldn't guess what size artwork you need. I suggest trimming blank paper in various sizes to tape up on the wall and see what fills the space nicely. I think many of us have it in our heads (from school picture days, perhaps?) that a 5x7 is "normal" and an 8x10 is "big." In reality, both sizes are quite small.

The other thing to keep in mind is matting and framing add to the finished size, canvas is true to size, and plaques and wood add very little.
