Being relatively new to Texas, I'm only discovering its beauty in bits and pieces as time goes on. Ironically, I photographed this gorgeous spring wheat field as we were on our way to an antiques market. I yelled to my poor husband to pull over so I could photograph it. Gently blowing in the wind, I'm not sure which is more peaceful: the soft olive green version or the dreamy black and white.
